Return, Refund or Cancellation Policy

Customer’s Satisfaction is our Prime priority. Keeping customer’s trust in mind, we devised our refund/replace policies very convenient and easy.  

Returns

You may return a product within 5 days of your date of delivery if a manufacturing defect has been found.
A product’s part or entire sales package will be replaced depending on the defect.
Any signs of physical or incidental damages to the product or product packaging will be chargeable and shall be deducted before the refund can be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.
Customer is responsible to ship the product back to us.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Once the product is received, it will be inspected within 48-72 hours before a refund can be processed.
Please do Make video while unboxing the parcel, We will accommodate any damage/broken product complaint only, if customer will provide us the complete & uncut Unboxing Video.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped to you. If you wish to cancel your order after having received the product, a refund is possible only if the product is unopened in the same condition as it was received in. Keep in mind however, that the shipping costs have to be borne by the customer. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days after your product has been received and inspected.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed in your bank account via NEFT. Our team will contact you for your bank account details. The refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

Send us an email at divaastore.com with the tracking details and send your item on the address mentioned on the invoice. (Include an invoice copy and your contact details)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you don’t like the product. However for the defective and damaged product we will pay you courier expense as Standard Rates) if our courier partner will not be able to reach you. If you don’t like the product , and want to replace/ Exchange it with other one, NO PROBLEM. We will happily replace the product. All you need to do is notify us through email at bachatbazaar24x7@yahoo.com or call at +911204297773. Send us Product on our a given Address with its invoice, and Written Note of new Desired product. Our quality customer team will check the product and packaging. Then we will ship you new product once we received the old product.
